A/B station Ultra punch body, standard die, ultra stripper plate
 
1. ULTRA stripper plate is interchangeable with XT series and TEC series.
2. ULTRA stripper plate has 3.0mm depression depth which can increase an extra 3mm grinding capacity for the punch blade.
3. ULTRA punch body’s overal grinding capacity is more than 10mm which is one of the tools that has most grinding capacity at present.
4. The round punch body is configurated with adjustment pin. When adjust punch body height, there’s no need to pull out the guide.
 
 
A/B station Ultra punch head, Ultra-XT guide
 
1. ULTRA guide has two kinds: XT and TEC.
2. XT guide, round guide has one external keyway, shape guide has two external keyway.
3. TEC guide, three internal angle groove 90°, 180°, 315°, one external angle groove 270°.
4. No matter XT guide or TEC guide, they have the same use method and adjust amount with the use of ULTRA punch head. The adjustment for A station is 0.15mm each time, while for B station is 0.2mm each time.
 
C/D/E station Ultra Tec guide
 
1. Can fast adjust punch body’s length with hand.
2. No need to add shim after punch blade being grinded.
3. Every adjustmetn amount is 0.2mm, just press the button can fast adjust the punch body’s length.
4. Install with standard Amada punch body, if change punch body mount can also install with 90 punch body.
5. Stripper designed with pressed self-locking, concave structure, punch body can increase an extra 2mm grinding capacity.
6. Guide’s guide angle groove is external: 0°, 90°.
 
C/D/E station Ultra Tec stripper plate
 
This stripper plate is suitable for Mate Ultra Tec guide.
